-Receive a store credit for the full price of the dress
-Receive a refund minus a 20% restocking fee
All you have to do is initiate a return for your item/s for a refund or store credit within 3 days of the item being marked as “delivered”.

Beautiful dress, perfect fit!
Its stunning in the photos, but the dress that came in feels very cheap. There is glitter everywhere. The photo dress has a slit, but the one that came in does not. I emailed 8 days ago to ask about it and have not received a response. Very poor customer service so far. The color is a lot lighter in person than in the photos as well. Feels honestly scammy.
