All shipping times may change or be delayed due to UPS, Fedex or any other shipping provider we use. Unfortunately, this is out of our control. We can only provide you with the information they have provided us.

Our processing time is 1-5 business days depending on the volume of orders received at the time. The USA warehouse is open Monday through Friday (closed on weekends). Therefore, if an order is placed on the weekend, processing won't begin until Monday. 

Due to safety reasons, we send all our dresses with signature. Please make sure you or someone you know will be home at time of delivery. If you are not home, you can arrange with UPS to pick it up at a coordinated location. Please make sure you bring your ID with you.   

Our website acts as a catalog of available styles for our USA & International customers. Most items are in stock and readily available, but some may require a pre-order if it is out of stock in our USA warehouse. If this is the case, you will be contacted by one of our staff.

We use DHL Worldwide shipping for all packages going to Canada, price will vary depending on weight and destination.  Shipping estimates/times will be shown at checkout

These fees are NOT collected at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. We will always email prior to fulfillment, to ensure the customer is aware of these duties and taxes.
