Our physical showrooms are in Sydney, Australia. However, we have two warehouses within the USA to provide fast shipping and returns.
Yes. You have two options for your return:
-Receive a store credit for the full price of the dress
-Receive a refund minus a 20% restocking fee
All you have to do is initiate a return for your item/s for a refund or store credit within 3 days of the item being marked as “delivered”.
